Doing Business with the Property Appraiser's Office

Like most offices, The Property Appraiser enters into contracts with various vendors for a variety of services including printing, aerial oblique photography and pictometry, specialized software, computer equipment, and more. While we often use the State's approved bid list in lieu of seeking new bids or proposals, from time-to-time we conduct our own RFP/RLI/Competitive Bid process when appropriate.
