Type of Sale - Code Descriptions
|
Note: The suffix of "-Q" denotes a Qualified Sale; "-D" denotes a Disqualified Sale for assessment purposes; "-DS" denotes property in distressed condition; "-SS" denotes a short sale; "-T" indicates a non-sale title change. "-E" denotes exception due to condition; and "-O" denotes a sales price that falls out the normal range. A "qualified sale" means a legitimate, arm's length, open market sale under typical financial conditions. |
